New students are eligible for one complimentary 30-minute demo session. This session is designed to assess learning needs, discuss goals, and provide a preview of the teaching style before committing to a package.

To secure a booking, all tutoring sessions must be paid for in advance. A confirmed time slot will only be reserved after payment is received, ensuring fairness and commitment from both the tutor and student.

Students may opt for individual sessions or purchase multiple-session packages. Package plans often include cost benefits, and additional discounts may be offered for bulk bookings or when enrolling in more than one subject.

Sessions must be scheduled ahead of time to allow smooth coordination between the tutor and student. Last-minute requests will be accommodated only if the schedule permits.

Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of that session, as the tutor’s time has already been allocated.

No-shows or late cancellations (not adhering to the 24-hour notice period) will be charged in full and deducted from the package balance.

All purchased sessions or packages must be used within six months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Students are expected to maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude during sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or discontinuation of tutoring services.

Lesson resources, documents, and notes provided by the tutor are for the personal use of the enrolled student only. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

All personal information, including contact details and records of lessons, is handled confidentially and stored securely.
